Exhibitor Packages

Exhibit Floor space limited to 75 vendors and up to three representatives** per vendor. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your booth space and must be paid within two weeks of registration to guarantee your booth space. Exhibitor registration will close on Friday, April 11. Walk-ins and onsite changes to personnel will not be accepted.

We are focused on prioritizing our audience, which includes association, non-profit, and corporate executives and their staff. This year, we are continuing our efforts to enhance the program and its schedule to maximize the return on your investment. Please choose from one of the three Exhibitor Packages below.

PACKAGE #1 - 8’ x 10’ BOOTH

LIMITED TO KEY SUPPORTERS & DMOs/CVBs

Benefits Included:

• One (1) 8 x 10 Table (Skirted) with Three (3) Chairs.
• **A maximum of three (3) exhibitor representatives per table. First rep is included in the table registration fee. Second & third reps are an additional fee of $375 each, which includes full day access and seat access at the exhibitor table. A booth and high-top(s) may be purchased together.
• Three (3) dedicated in-person exhibit hours. Trade Show access complimentary for Qualified Buyers.
• Enjoy sit down lunch with attendees before the Trade Show.
• Access to on-the-floor space for 1:1 meetings with clients.
• One (1) Full Registration included for ESSAE’s educational component (additional fee for 2nd & 3rd persons).
• Listing in the Digital Exhibitor Directory, including a 150-word description on the event website and mobile app.
• Visibility on the live/in-person floor plan with link to your company website, social media, email address, and logo.

• 2025 “I’m Exhibiting” image/logo to use on your website, email signature, or with any social media marketing.

PACKAGE #2 - 48” ROUND (High-Top)

 
Benefits Include:

• One (1) 48” Round High-Top Table (w/ table linen) with Two (2) Barstool Height Chairs. Overlay linens are not permitted due to umbrella-style high-top.
• **A maximum of two (2) exhibitor representatives per table. First rep is included in the table registration fee. The second rep is an additional fee of $375 each for members or $450 for non-members, which includes full day access and a seat at the table.
• Signage w/ business name for easy attendee recognition. No floor / pull-up banners permitted. You may bring one (1) table-top sign no larger than 11" x 17".
• Exhibitor floor footprint not to exceed 8’ x 8’.

PACKAGE #3 - 36” ROUND (High-Top)

 
Benefits Include:

• One (1) 36” Round High-Top Table (w/ table linen) with One (1) Barstool Height Chair. Overlays permitted.
• **A maximum of one (1) exhibitor representative per table. Rep is included in the table registration fee, which includes full day access and a seat at the table.
• Signage with table number for attendee recognition. No floor banners permitted. You may bring one (1) table-top sign no larger than 11" x 17".
• Exhibitor floor footprint not to exceed 6’ x 6’.

LIMITATIONS:

Space will be limited to the first 75 exhibitors. If the capacity is reached, a waiting list will be created. We will notify you in the order your request was received when space becomes available.
