✨ What’s NEW for 2026

We’ve made several intentional enhancements to improve traffic flow, engagement, and overall ROI for exhibitors:

  • NEW 4th booth type (see pricing section for details)
  • Earlier Trade Show start time: 1:30 PM, immediately following a sit-down lunch for attendees and exhibitors—positioning the floor for strong, early engagement
  • Exhibitor scavenger hunt returns to drive purposeful, consistent booth traffic throughout the experience
  • Dedicated trade show engagement from 1:30 – 4:00 PM, designed to maximize focused interaction with attendees
  • Integrated networking reception from 3:30 – 5:00 PM, located directly adjacent to the trade show floor—creating a natural transition for continued conversations and high-value connections
  • Additional features, activations, and pre- and post-event opportunities will be announced soon

Promoting Your Booth

ESSAE provides multiple tools to help exhibitors maximize visibility, including pre-event promotions and special exhibitor Zoom sessions featuring best practices and creative ideas to help you stand out. More details coming soon.

Booth Staffing Details

  • Each booth/high-top includes one (1) booth representative
  • *Additional reps may be added during registration
  • High-tops: up to two (2) reps (depending on table size) & bring your table signs (no floor pull-up banners)*
  • 8x10 booths: up to four (4) reps*
  • All booth reps receive an all-day pass for meals and are encouraged to attend the Annual Conference (breakfast, morning education sessions and lunch) to network with association attendees.  

Additional Logistics

Additional fees apply for:

  • Furniture, A/V, or specialty décor, Power (via Total Events)
  • Or custom (non-public) internet (Via Saratoga Springs City Center)

Attendee Lists & Data Security

  • Key Supporter exhibitors will receive an attendee list and a separate attendee opt-in email list
  • All other exhibitors may purchase an attendee list (3 versions) plus in app advertisements through MapDynamics during registration
  • All attendees & exhibitors will have access to the online and app version of the 2026 Annual Conference & Trade Show interactive trade show and annual conference program, including robust exhibitor features, including uploading videos, etc.   Here's last year's version for our June 2025 event at ACC.

ESSAE is the sole distributor of attendee contact lists. We do not partner with third-party list vendors. Any external solicitations are scams.
