What an incredible few days in Saratoga Springs!

From Wednesday's sold-out Collaboration Cup Golf Outing and MPI Upstate New York networking reception to Thursday's full-day Annual Conference & Trade Show, it was energizing to see association professionals, CEOs, staff, industry partners, meeting planners, destinations, venues, exhibitors, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters from across New York State come together to learn, connect, and grow.

This year's conference was intentionally designed around three complementary experiences: Learning & Peer-to-Peer Connection, Celebration, Fun & Community, and Networking, Partnerships & Solutions. Throughout the day, attendees engaged in thought-provoking keynote and education sessions, exchanged ideas with colleagues facing similar opportunities and challenges, celebrated the newest graduates of ESSAE's Association Leadership Academy (ALA) Masters program, enjoyed an elevated luncheon program, and strengthened relationships with peers and partners from across the state.

The energy continued throughout our Trade Show, where attendees nibbled, sipped and connected with a full exhibit floor featuring destinations, venues, technology providers, business partners, and solution providers dedicated to helping associations and nonprofits thrive. The exhibit hall was buzzing with conversations, new connections, discoveries, and opportunities throughout the afternoon—a powerful reminder that some of the best ideas, partnerships, and solutions are found through the people who make up our community.
