To assist exhibitors in your trade show planning, we will be hosting three dedicated Zoom calls to communicate important exhibitor information and answer any pressing questions you might have. The dates and topics are listed below*:

  • Thursday, January 30 @ 3PM – General Info for New & Returning Exhibitors [recording will be available later]

  • Thursday, March 13 – Marketing Tactics for Registered Exhibitors 
    –best practices, social media, raffle
  • Thursday, June 5 – What Exhibitors Can Expect on Event Day
    load in/out, parking, onsite registration, trade show floor details
