Major Exhibitor Prize Drawings at the 2026 Trade Show 

Major Prizes will be awarded during the trade show, separate from any raffles or prizes given away at your booth. Winners will be randomly selected from a drawing of business cards collected at the designated ESSAE booth on the trade show floor. While ESSAE will make every effort to ensure winners are qualified buyers of your goods and/or services, we cannot guarantee this. 

Requirements for Major Prizes: 

  • Only exhibitor companies can contribute prizes. 
  • Prizes should not have extensive blackout dates. 
  • Only prizes meeting the minimum value criteria will be listed in the event app and on the ESSAE website, and eligible for push notifications. 
  • Major Prize submissions must be received Monday, May 18, 2026. 
  • Winners will be drawn LIVE on the Trade Show floor after 4:00PM. 
  • Attendees must be present to win prizes valued at $800 or more. 
  • Winners will collect their prizes directly from the donating exhibitor’s booth. 

Prize Categories: 

  • Major Prize: Minimum value $800 
  • Grand Prize: Minimum value $1,200 
  • Ultimate Prize: Minimum value $1,500 

For each prize, please provide the following details: 

  • Prize Description 
  • Restrictions 
  • Expiration/Blackout Dates 
  • Prize Value 


 Major prizes will be viewable in the mobile app and on this ESSAE website page leading up to the event.

Exhibitor In-Booth Giveaways

Exhibitors can also hold private prize drawings at their own booths for prizes valued at $799 or less. The exhibitor is responsible for promoting and distributing their own prizes. Please note that these exhibitor prizes will not be announced during the conference. 

Exhibitors should promote their attendance at the tradeshow and their in-booth prizes through social media platforms, your MapDynamics profile and through direct outreach to attendees. Please use the Canva graphic created for you here and tag #ESSAE #ESSAEAnnual. 

Canva Instructions: Duplicate the design, add your headshot, download your version, and then delete your file from ESSAE’s Canva account (browser version).

SAMPLING: Food and/or beverage samples will require approval by the City Center and MUST be prepackaged, wrapped, or sealed options adhering to the sample sizes listed below. Food and/or beverage samples may be offered if the product being sampled is served by the exhibiting company. A current health permit and/or NYSLA marketing permit MUST be on file with the catering office. 

Sample sizes are as follows:
• Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Not more than four (4) ounces
• Food: All food samples should be bite sizes. No full-size meals shall be served as a sample.
