Kick off the ESSAE Annual Conference & Trade Show with a classic mix of networking and fresh air at The Collaboration Cup on June 17 at Saratoga Spa Golf Course.

This 9-hole outing gives exhibitors additional time to connect with attendees before the main event, with tee times starting at 2 PM and plenty of perks included—range balls, cart, swag, and prizes.

The day wraps up with MPI Cocktails & Connections at Putnam's located inside The Gideon Putnam Hotel from 6:00–7:30 PM, keeping the conversations going in a relaxed setting. At $75 per person, it’s a straightforward, no-frills way to build real connections before the conference even begins.

We encourage exhibitors to set up the afternoon of June 17 to fully participate in the full event and interact with attendees (including before and after morning education sessions)

Winners will be randomly selected from a drawing of business cards collected at the designated ESSAE booth on the trade show floor. While ESSAE will make every effort to ensure winners are qualified buyers of your goods and/or services, we cannot guarantee this.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION SESSIONS

We’re bringing back exhibitor zoom info calls to assist you in your trade show planning; we will be hosting three dedicated Zoom calls to communicate important exhibitor information and answer any pressing questions you might have. The dates and topics are listed below.  The first session occurs before non-member/public access to exhibitor registration. All registered exhibitors (and their extra booth reps per contact info exhibitors enter directly into the Map Dynamics platform exhibitor booth profile) will be invited to the March and June sessions via an Outlook calendar appointment.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS 

The Trade Show will be held at The Saratoga Springs City Center on Thursday, June 18, 2026 

Exhibitors will be able to set up the afternoon before the event on Wednesday, June 17 between 2:00 to 6:00 PM, load in times must be reserved via this link, and the morning of the event, Thursday, June 18 between 7:30 – 9:00 AM. We encourage exhibitors to set up the afternoon of June 17 to fully participate in the full event and interact with attendees (including before and after morning education sessions). 

For those traveling from outside the Capital Region, we recommend staying the night before to make sure you have ample time to prepare your booth. We have arranged courtesy hotel room blocks to assist in your travel planning.
